Hi, I'm Lauren
I’m a bioregional herbalist, sacred space holder,
and founder of Wildmoss & Stardust
Through my herbal offerings and moon circles, I help woo-loving women like you get more deeply connected with their inner and outer ecosystems . . .
. . . so that they can awaken magic in their lives and become better stewards of their internal and external habitats.
Through our work together we'll work to rekindle your kinship with nature. Because when we care for those bonds we engage in the deepest and most profound form of self-care.
My Training + Herbal Lineage
Over the years I have accrued nearly 450 hours of herbal studies with a number of teachers and schools, including:
In addition to my herbal studies, I also have a BFA in Illustration and a Masters in Art Education, am a Virginia Master Naturalist through the Riverine Chapter, a certified circle facilitator with the Wild Woman Project, and have completed Devoted Circle training with Sora Schilling.
A perpetual student, I am currently attending a Mystery school with One Willow Apothecary for Intuitive Development, Shamanic Journeying, Dreamwork, Channeling, and working with Nature Spirits. I'm also working on courses for Plant Spirit Communication with One Willow and Multidimensional Nature. Next, my sights are on Forest Therapy!
All of this is to say I am deeply committed to studying how we can reconnect to the healing power of nature, and become good healers ourselves. I can't wait to share this magic with you.
Wildmoss & Stardust is located on a United Plant Savers Botanical Sanctuary in unceded Youghtanund tribe land, otherwise known as Hanover County, Virginia.
